Use of classroom observation and individual coaching of staff aimed at improving teaching and learning. Delivery of whole school training. Collaborative work with management team to assist introduction of new behaviour policy and LSU provision for children with special education needs. Behaviour has improved and the exclusion rate has been reduced.
