Worked with four teaching departments. Used video to make Quicktime Movies of positive teaching practice. Video used as basis for department training and reflection on teaching methods. Material also used as basis for whole staff training. School reports improved behaviour and focus in lessons. Ofsted commented on good progress with behaviour management. Collaborative work with school inclusion manager to ensure continuation of lesson support.
