Worked along side LA Behaviour Support Development and Advisory Team (BSDAT). Video observation of good practice in school. Provided individual feedback to teaching staff. Used materials to form basis of whole-staff training session. School report positive impact on staff. Recent HMI inspection team and Regional Advisor, Behaviour Attendance and Strategy Team report good progress and mention work of BSDAT team and outside trainers.
