Worked with school to analyse student behaviour and introduce new behaviour policy. Work included lesson observation and whole-school training. School reports dramatic improvement in student behaviour within classrooms and around the school. Exclusion rate reduced. Extensive consultancy work with management team to ensure continuation of inclusion work.
